Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations, but please contact us if there are any problems with your order. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Items:

Please report any damaged pieces within 48 hours of delivery. All items are inspected before shipping and should arrive to you in undamaged handmade condition. 

If your order arrives broken:

1. Immediately photograph the package and the broken piece(s).
2. Contact us ASAP to let us know.
3. Keep the packaging AND broken pieces on hand.

Theft:

If a package is marked as "Delivered" by the USPS, it is very unlikely that they will fulfill any claim that is filed for missing goods. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
